AKyme.Art does not refund or exchange for ‘change of mind’ so please choose carefully. In the event that your item arrives damaged, please get in contact for a solution.

Please note that AKyme.Art takes every effort to ensure that products are displayed as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of gemstones, there will always be some variation in stones and colours. Please get in contact if you have any concerns.

Repairs

Due to the nature of the thread and string used to create your jewellery, some of your pieces may naturally stretch over time. AKyme.Art will gladly rethread your jewellery to make them like new again, however please note the following costs will be incurred:

  • Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Rethreading beaded stretch bracelets will incur a $10 fee.

  • Rethreading sterling silver or 14k gold wire bracelets with sterling silver and/or 14k gold vermeil findings will incur a $20 fee.

  • Rethreading sterling silver or 14k gold wire necklaces with sterling silver and/or 14k gold vermeil pieces will incur a $40 fee.

  • Re-knotting Mala designs will incur an $80 fee.

  • $10 Flat rate shipping to return items back to the customer.

Shipping & Delivery

For items in stock, orders will generally be processed and shipped the next business day. However please allow 3-5 business days for order processing.

All items purchased online from AKyme.Art will be sent Express Post via Australia Post. Shipping cost will differ based on size and weight of crystals. Jewellery orders will be sent express post at a flat rate of $15, with free shipping offered (on jewellery orders only) for orders over $250.

Jewellery Care

Please note that due to the nature of the thread and string used to create your pieces, these may over time stretch, particularly if exposed to water. For those items that contain sterling silver, please note that over time oxidation can occur and cause a tarnish. Items containing sterling silver will come with a silver polishing cloth to keep your beauties looking fresh. Warm soapy water can also be used, however please do not use water on gemstones, string or thread.

Jewellery Sizing

Bracelet Sizing. Please choose the size most suitable to your actual wrist measurement. 1.5-2.5cm will be added to the measurements below to determine the total length of your new product.

  • Small: 15-16cm

  • Medium: 16-17cm

  • Large: 17-18cm

Custom Orders

If you are interested in creating a custom piece from the archives or a discuss a new design please get in contact.

Designs can be made using 14k solid gold findings upon request.
